Forwarded via a friend of a friend- please email Mary at dancerm2009@hotmail.com for more information:

I'm sending you some info on our filly; we are trying to find a home for her. She is a two year old Belgian/Paint cross. We got her in January; her owner was getting rid of her horses and she was going to go to a bad place. We are currently ground driving her under full tack and my daughter is lying across her back. She is quiet, sweet natured and sound (my blacksmith says she has good feet). She is up to date on her shots and she has a current coggins. We need to find a home for her because we have 7 horses, three of them are two year olds which we are breaking. What is her potential-pleasure, trail- that would be up to the potential adopter. We are asking a $500. adoption fee to an approved home, which means someone who is experienced with young horses and enjoys bringing a young one along. If you could spread the word among your contacts, I would really appreciate it! Attached are some pix; I am in New Egypt, right next to ReRun at Rein Dancer, and now that school is out my daughter or I am home most mornings, if someone wants to come out to see Bella.

Thanks, Mary Dancer

To get everyone geared up for the Kentucky Derby, I'm offering a special discount on my novel, Luck of the Draw, if you order now through May 2nd (Derby Day)! Buy it today for only $10.

Luck of the Draw is the story of Lucky, one of the slowest racehorses the world has ever known. Even though Lucky gives racing his all, he never manages to win a race, and soon finds himself working as a jumper and dressage horse. No matter how hard he tries, Lucky seems to fail at all disciplines.

Despite his lack of success, Lucky remains upbeat and hopeful. He is determined to find his life’s purpose, and eventually learns that succeeding in life doesn’t always involve winning trophies and ribbons.

A good portion of the novel takes place on the backstretch at Churchill Downs and includes coverage of Derby Day itself.

The novel normally retails for $15, but I'm offering this special discounted rate if you order now through May 2nd--to take advantage of it, please email me at lunar_aradia AT yahoo DOT com.

Free shipping and autographs are included!

To learn more about Luck of the Draw and read reviews of the novel, check out cayuse.8k.com/luck.html
